It’s romantic. It’s green. It’s clean.

This island of pristine green, meticulously kept clean and maintained under strict military discipline, is an experience in itself. This will be your home away from home. A space where you can settle down, walk around, or just idle away - its your own world.

The Colonel’s Homestay is where you are privileged, and you will be treated like one.

Just 35 km from the Cochin International Airport, The Colonel’s Homestay has an eclectic neighbourhood. It has the Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies and the Lakeshore Multispecialty Hospital of international repute for its neighbours. It is well connected, being a stone’s throw away from the National Highway-47.
